If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the items remain in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the furniture is securely repacked in its original Adriatic Furniture packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to collect the item from your residence, or you may return smaller decor items to any showroom.

• 4.
  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Upon arrival at our distribution center, our specialists will inspect the item, after which your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
