We offer white-glove delivery across the metropolitan area and standard shipping nationwide. Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your specific zip code.
Do you offer assembly services for large furniture items?
Yes, our professional delivery team provides optional assembly services for bed frames, dining tables, and wardrobes to ensure your new pieces are perfectly installed.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and mattresses are excluded from change-of-mind returns for hygiene and manufacturing reasons.
Are your wood and leather products covered by a warranty?
All Adriatic Furniture pieces come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium sofas include extended 5-year warranties on frames.
Can I request fabric or leather swatches before ordering?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color; you can request up to three complimentary swatches through our contact page to help you make the right choice.
